Black people! Look at God. Or Black women, rather! Look at God. Won’t he do it? Or did he do it? Did he really do that? We got the first Black woman running for president.
The last thing I saw regarding Kamala Harris is her feigning outrage over a statement being made about Black people “benefiting from slavery.” I must say, the statement of Black people benefiting from slavery is outrageous, but… later for that subject. Let’s talk about the “first Black women” to run for president. Well, she’s Black now, while she’s running, so she can get us nigra people to vote for her and the good ol “anti-racist” Democratic party. As we all know, it’s just them GOP Republicans that are racist and not the Democratic party. They love us Blacks. Or do they really?
But anyway. Kamala Harris will probably claim she’s Black now. She may claim she listens to Snoop Dogg’s rap music again, the way she said in 2020 on The Breakfast Club Radio show. I think she also claimed she used to smoke weed in college too. I won’t bother googling it to verify. But anyways. My guess is her team of handlers told her to make the Snoop and weed comment on The Breakfast Club in order to get the young, care-free, low-chakra demographic of Black people. Who knows? She may say she listens to one of these new minstrel show rappers- Young Pill Popper or Lil Mumble Raps or something, so she can get an even younger demographic of young Blacks.
If Kamala Harris is elected, she will claim she’s Indian again. She might just farewell pander to us again by telling us, “I got y’all’s vote so I aint studdin yall no more.” Shout out to the south. “Studdin.” That would be country Blacks she’d be pandering to then. But anyway.
Oh..right. And if they start using police brutality and racism against Black people on the campaign trail to secure the Black vote, once elected, she will do a bait and switch and only pass legislation for our “fellow minorities-in-arms”- none other than LGBTQ, women, White Hispanics, and shit; probably left-handed people, AB negative blood types, and green-eyed people as well. They will claim they face structural discrimination just as much as us whiny Blacks. I’m no psychic. I just have a feeling that’s what they will do. Just look at their previous patterns in prior elections. I talked about this in previous articles.
When 2028 rolls around, they will probably do the same thing again. Well, that’s unless they see we’re on to them. They may try a new strategy then. We have to stop falling for their manipulative tactics.
And of course I’m not saying for us to become card-carrying Republicans or Trumpsters either. I’m simply saying, as esteemed college professor, John Henrik Clarke once said: “We have no friends.” Neither party means us no good. The Dems just want the Black vote- not necessarily the well being of the Black People, or American people either, for that matter. And neither do them Repugnant-can’ts either.
Our best solution is to pull our resources together and build communities and political coalitions and grow, groom, and fund our own politicians. But first, we need to build and demand whoever is elected to do right by us collectively.
