3D North Star Freedom File is an independent Black media platform dedicated to independent journalism covering politics, civil rights, culture, healthcare, education, and community issues. We operate without advertiser funding, donor influence, or corporate censorship.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
User accounts
To access certain features, including Premium membership content, you will need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Keep your password confidential and not share it with others
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we determine are being used inappropriately.
Premium membership & payments
Premium membership gives you access to exclusive articles, investigative pieces, extended essays, premium audio and podcast content, early access to interviews and video series, and other subscriber-only features as they become available.
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until you cancel. We do not store your full payment card details.
You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at 3dnorthfreedomfile@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions, except where required by law.
We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any pricing change. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Content & intellectual property
All editorial content published on 3dnorthstar.com — including articles, essays, interviews, audio, video, graphics, and commentary — is the intellectual property of 3D North Star Freedom File or its contributors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may share links to our articles and quote brief excerpts (with clear attribution and a link back to the original) for commentary, criticism, or reporting consistent with fair use. Full reproduction or commercialization requires our prior written consent.
If you submit comments, feedback, or other content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and improving the Site. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

If you have a paid subscription, we will provide a prorated refund for any unused portion of a prepaid period, except in cases of termination for cause.
