So, I had to update old articles to sound like the narrative and climate of 2021 and not 2017 and 2018. The points are still relevant. The same propaganda being pushed then is still being pushed, just not as much as it was a few years ago. The media and mainstream thought-influencers have moved on to new propaganda that they push harder now. Propaganda by mainstream thought-influencers and reactionary stances and phrases by the public come in phases and fads just like pop-culture slang, fashion, and music does.
I also notice how my perspective and opinion evolves or changes over time. In a span of a few years, I may have a partially or completely different opinion, but with the same core message – anti-racism, anti-injustice, anti-unrighteousness, pro-Black, pro-freedom and equality for all, and pro-righteousness. Certain phrases or sayings in old articles I don’t use anymore and had to change. I even get annoyed and cringe at my old self. What is my point to saying this, you ask? Evolution and growth is a beautiful thing. I’m not being flighty and flakey by flip-flopping on views. I simply expand to a higher awareness or find new layers of truth compared to my old views. In 2024, I’ll probably disagree with some views I write in 2021, or find a new layer of truth to add to the old truth. Or I may keep the same view, but have a new tone, energy, or context that I use to express the view. The same will probably happen in 2027 and 2028, then to 2030-something, and all the way until I become old and take my final breath. Evolving is a good thing, as long as you hold the same core principles, values, and message.
Getting the Blogging Ball Rolling
In the first few articles, I will talk about a lot of the tomfoolery pushed in the media and past- and present-day racism and corruption. It may even make you feel a little disheartened. The inspiring part will be how my sound logic, eloquence of expression, and great analysis of the issue will teach you something new, add a new layer of truth for you, and make you change your mind on some issues.
Or it could result in me simply “preaching to the choir” of your agreeing thoughts, or the problem will inspire you as it reassures and validates what you knew or suspected the whole time. But as I write more articles, I will offer solutions to the problems. I will also offer an intuitive knowing. Not hope, but an innate, inner knowing that better days lie ahead and a new awakening of consciousness and inspiring action is bubbling beneath the surface.
